About Darkling
Linnea Berthelsen (Stranger Things) makes her UK stage debut in this ferocious solo play based on the real events of the Bhopal Gas Disaster, also known as India’s Chernobyl.
"I walk home. The skyline is changed. The skeleton is fast becoming a huge metal creature. They have built a behemoth here."
Bhopal. India. 1984.
Born under a blue sky in a city of lakes, a girl grows up in the shadow of a giant factory offering promises of a better life.
Then comes the night that tears everything apart.
