The story picks up nineteen years after the events of the final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Harry is now an overworked employee at the Ministry of Magic and a father of three. When his youngest son, Albus, struggles with the weight of his family's legacy, he embarks on a journey that brings unexpected challenges and new discoveries.
Harry Potter writer J. K Rowling collaborated with Jack Thorne and John Tiffany on the two-part play. Audiences are encouraged to see the two Parts together on the same day.
The play weaves together themes of family, friendship, and magic into thrilling adventures. London Theatre praised the show’s “theatrical magic, as well as deeply human qualities.” The show broke records too, winning nine Olivier Awards.
